How to redeem
Redeem promo codes through the official web store, not inside the app: go to startrekfleetcommand.com, open the Store, sign in with your Scopely account (your game must be saved/linked to a Scopely account), select 'Redeem Code' in the left-hand menu, enter the code, then return to the game to claim the reward. Note that codes are time-limited (each has a start/end date) and some require a minimum Operations level.
Where real codes come from
Watch the official channels — in-game mail, the official Discord/social accounts and the official site (startrekfleetcommand.com). Ignore third-party "active code" lists — they go stale quickly.
