Jiuyuan

Overview

Jiuyuan is a versatile Anima Sub-DPS who does two jobs at once: she pulls packs of enemies together with her Skill for easy AoE, and her passive doubles the Vita Buds that Blossom spawns. That makes her the connective tissue of NTE's best teams — she raises the ceiling of any Anima carry and flexes cleanly into DoT comps too.

Strengths

• Doubles Blossom buds — a direct multiplier on the carry's damage
• Field control: pulls mobs in for AoE and cleaner reactions
• Flexes between the Blossom and DoT compositions
• Good against both mobs and single-target bosses

Weaknesses

• A support-DPS, not a standalone carry
• Anima-locked — best value inside Anima/Blossom shells
• Wants a defined team to shine rather than freelancing

Best Arc & gear

Build her around Anima DMG and CRIT. Her best-in-slot cartridge is Fireflies and the Forest: every time she deals Anima damage her CRIT DMG rises, and she keeps max stacks (+56%) up easily thanks to her rapid hits. Pair it with an Anima-DMG Arc and CRIT substats.

Best teams

1. Blossom (with Nanally / Mint)

   Jiuyuan + Zero as Sub-DPS; her bud-doubling supercharges the carry.

2. DoT (with Baicang & Sakiri)

   Her Blossom bursts stack with Sakiri's Scorch enhancement for a hybrid DoT-burst team.
