How to redeem codes
- Launch Neverness to Everness and log in; you must finish the prologue so the in-game phone/mailbox is unlocked.
- Tap Menu in the top-right corner of the screen (or press ESC on PC).
- Tap the [...] (three dots) button next to your character's name.
- Select Redeem Code.
- Type or paste the exact code (codes are case-sensitive) and confirm.
- Open your in-game Mailbox to claim the rewards, which arrive after a short delay.
Redemption is in-game only. Perfect World has NOT launched an official web redemption portal for NTE as of July 2026, so ignore any third-party 'redeem site' asking for your login.
