About ZERO PARADES: For Dead Spies

ZERO PARADES: For Dead Spies poster

ZERO PARADES: For Dead Spies casts you as operant Hershel Wilk, codenamed CASCADE, a brilliant, burnt-out and possibly cursed agent haunted by a disaster five years ago when he led his team into the abyss. Now recalled for a mysterious assignment, he is given a chance to redeem himself, hunting down secrets buried within the architecture of both the city and the human mind. As you collaborate and clash with informants, loyalists and agitators, you pass skill checks to draw them out and spend the experience you earn to sharpen your abilities.

Your decisions ripple through everything, shaping the loyalty of your friends, the paths open to you and the fragility of your own mind. The story throws you into a three-way struggle for cultural and ideological power played out across an unforgettable city, pitting you against international bankers, foreign techno-fascists, psychic doppelgängers, a paranoid TV presenter, a man with a box for a heart and dozens more, each carrying their own agendas, beliefs and secrets to uncover and turn to your advantage. Even the world itself acts as a character with its own traumas and miracles to discover. Operants train for years to hone their minds into weapons, and this RPG on PC lets you favour heightened reflexes, analysis or charisma.
