About Zelter

Zelter drops you into a zombie apocalypse that has already arrived, where a mysterious group of survivors rescues you and teaches you the harsh skills needed to endure this new reality, from fighting and crafting essential items to surviving out in the wild. That respite does not last, however. A zombie horde eventually breaks into your home, and despite your best efforts the situation proves hopeless, leaving you alone once more, yet still alive and armed with everything you have learned.

With that knowledge you set about starting over. You craft tools for both survival and defence, get a farm going, and head out to scavenge for loot and to save other survivors. The zombies will keep coming, so preparation is everything, whether that means readying your defences or arming machine gun turrets. Even set in a cute pixelated universe, the apocalypse remains a tough thing to overcome, but dozens of crafting options let you turn your home into an indestructible fortress, establish your own food production systems and venture into the infested wilderness for valuable supplies.
