About Ys X: Nordics

Ys X: Nordics sets sail on a high-seas adventure rich with action and exploration, viewing the perils of Obelia Gulf through the eyes of series hero Adol Christin and his unexpected ally, the Norman pirate Karja Balta. Bound together by circumstance, the young adventurer and the pirate must decide the fate of the gulf and its people while confronting the Griegr, mysterious immortal monsters threatening the region. Their partnership drives a story told across two heroes but shared as one journey.

Combat revolves around the Cross Action System, which lets you swap between controlling Adol and Karja independently or together, combining their distinct strengths to overpower enemies and building a Revenge Gauge to unleash devastating attacks. The power of Mana adds another layer, granting abilities to grapple and slide through dungeons, demolish obstacles, create new platforms and reveal hidden treasures and critical points. Exploration extends onto the water aboard the sailing ship Sandras, opening up ocean travel, naval battles and the discovery of uncharted islands. Blending action, adventure and RPG design, Ys X: Nordics offers an expansive seafaring experience on PC.
