About Yooka-Laylee

Yooka-Laylee is an all-new open-world platformer from Playtonic, a studio of genre veterans. You guide the buddy duo of Yooka, the green chameleon, and Laylee, the wisecracking bat with the big nose, through huge, beautiful worlds filled with an unforgettable cast of characters to meet and beat, and a vault's worth of shiny collectibles to hoard. Their adventure sets them against corporate creep Capital B and his scheme to absorb all the world's books and convert them into pure profit.

Using an arsenal of special moves unlocked with added freedom from the serpent salesman Trowzer, the pair tackle a huge variety of puzzles and platforming challenges in search of Pagies, the golden currency used to unlock and expand stunning new worlds. Each world brims with oddball characters, hulking bosses, minecart challenges, arcade games, quiz shows and multiplayer games. You can carve your own path by purchasing moves freely, choosing which favourite worlds to expand into larger, more complex playgrounds, and equipping unique Tonic modifiers to customise your play style, so every player ends up with a distinct experience.
