About Wildmender

Wildmender is a game about coaxing a deserted world back to life. Alone or alongside friends, you explore a vast desert, collect plants to bring home to your garden, craft new tools to shape the earth, and channel water to keep everything growing. Along the way you uncover the mysteries of a fallen civilization and its magic, befriend animals and spirits, and seek out the gods for aid in defending the land from the vicious wraiths determined to corrupt it. Saving the world falls to you, one seed at a time.

Using the tools you craft, you grow a small oasis in the middle of the dunes into a thriving garden of your own design. You plant seeds, dig canals, nurture crops, build useful and beautiful structures, harness magical essence, and guard against the forces of nature, with plenty of room to shape the garden however you imagine. Acre by acre, you reclaim the desert and reforest the world around you.

Exploration, foraging, and survival tie the adventure together. The desert is less barren than it first appears, offering seeds and resources to gather and store for longer journeys or carry back home. You manage food and water carefully while crossing dunes, a drained and salted sea, poisoned canyons, and distant cold mountains, where greater peril brings greater reward. This indie adventure blends simulation and strategy for solo or cooperative play on PC.
