About Wanted: Dead

Wanted: Dead is a hybrid slasher and shooter from the creators of Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive. It follows a week in the life of the Zombie Unit, an elite Hong Kong police squad on a mission to expose a major corporate conspiracy. Playing as Lt. Hannah Stone, a hardboiled cop, you cut and shoot through mercenaries, gang members and private military contractors across a spectacular cyberpunk adventure.

Combat splits between two styles. Hack-and-slash melee lets you unleash a wide variety of deadly moves and dozens of unique finishers, with over fifty finishing moves in all, while the third-person shooter side has you battling indoors and out using a curated selection of projectile weapons including assault rifles, SMGs, LMGs and grenade launchers. The presentation mixes advanced weaponry with lo-tech 90s retro-futurism, wrapping the violence in a distinctive cyberpunk aesthetic.

The storyline is gripping, sending the Zombie Unit deep into corporate intrigue within a dystopian Hong Kong, and the game promises a truly hardcore experience where fights are anything but easy. Positioned as a love letter to the sixth generation of consoles, it revives an old-school beat-em-up spirit with a modern twist. Combining action, adventure and FPS on PC, it demands resolve and resourcefulness.
