About Unknown Fate

Unknown Fate is a strongly story-driven first-person adventure that sends you on a journey through a surreal, dreamlike universe. You take on the role of Richard, a man who slips seamlessly out of the real world and into a strange realm he does not recognize. Along the way you encounter odd characters, unfamiliar artifacts and scenes that echo his forgotten past, all while sensing that this is not where he belongs.

The game leans heavily on puzzles and combat, tasking you with solving challenges and defeating enemies as Richard tries to piece together the nature of this distant world and the creatures that inhabit it. His goal is to find a way out and back to his real life, a life whose memories still elude him, and each step deeper into the unknown raises more questions than answers.

As an indie adventure on PC, it builds its atmosphere around mystery and the slow erosion of certainty. Your grasp of what is real begins to crumble as you press onward, driven by the hope that the tangled thread of the journey will eventually unravel and reveal the truth.
