About Turnip Boy Robs a Bank

Turnip Boy Robs a Bank poster

Turnip Boy Robs a Bank returns the felonious vegetable for another comedic action-adventure, this time with roguelite elements layered on top. The career criminal teams up with the fearsome Pickled Gang to plan and pull off what is billed as the weirdest heist of all time, shaking down hostages, snatching valuables, and exploring the deep, dark history of the Botanical Bank.

Pulling off the perfect job means gearing up first. You purchase an array of dangerous and wacky tools from the dark web, from a diamond pickaxe and C4 to, improbably, a cardboard box. Robbing a bank is never easy, though, so you should expect intense shootouts against security guards, the fuzz, elite swat teams, and whoever else the bank throws your way as you fight through its depths.

The package includes a single-player adventure full of bank robbing, dark web browsing, and fuzz fighting, plus roguelite elements to keep the action fresh across runs, a big bank to loot, and a large cast of quirky food-based characters, some familiar and some new. You can also earn collectible hats and unlock new music tracks. For PC fans of indie action games with a comedic streak, it is a wonderfully absurd heist.
