Tour de France 2025 pushes the official cycling series to a new level by moving to Unreal Engine 5, bringing the roads of the Grande Boucle and other iconic races to life with completely reworked landscapes and more realistic lighting. Memorable sites of the sport are rendered more faithfully than ever, including the Champs-Elysees, the Trouee d'Arenberg, Mont Ventoux and the Mur de Huy, all waiting to be rediscovered.

The edition also expands how you play with friends, letting you create private games and challenge them directly on the road. You set your own options, pick the type of stage and race length, choose two riders and a jersey, then elbow your rivals toward victory in Criterium mode. A headline addition is an entirely new refuelling mechanism that reshapes race strategy: you start with access to only one type of feed, making it crucial to plan your efforts, and once past the feed zone you can freely alternate between Energel and Turbogel. The Turbogel now grants a few seconds of immunity, letting you attack without losing energy. Spanning casual, racing, simulation, sports and strategy sensibilities, it gives PC cyclists deeper tactical control.
