Total War: PHARAOH DYNASTIES dramatically enlarges the base game's scope, stretching the ancient world from the Aegean across Mesopotamia and down into Ancient Egypt. It nearly doubles the size of PHARAOH's campaign map by adding 168 new settlements, along with fresh historical landmarks, new victory objectives and more. To cross this vastly expanded sandbox, new Sea Travel Lanes speed the fleets carrying your armies, letting you raid and invade further and faster than before.
The expansion introduces four new playable factions, Babylon, the Assyrians of Hanigalbat, Mycenae and Troy, positioned across the Aegean and Mesopotamia, and surrounds them with 25 additional minor factions to lead through the cataclysm of the Bronze Age collapse. A new Dynasty system lets you start a family tree and reign over succession, navigating strategic marriages, heroic battlefield deaths, assassinations and old age to leave a lasting legacy. Warfare expands with over 150 new and reworked units, including cavalry, camel riders and faction-specific troops such as the Guards of Troy, plus battle mechanics like the Lethality modifier that makes charges and volleys deadlier. As an action-strategy title on PC, it requires ownership of Total War: PHARAOH.
