Tormented Souls 2 brings the award-winning survival horror series back for another descent into dread. Picking up after the harrowing events at Wildberger Hospital, it follows Caroline Walker, who hopes for a normal life with her sister Anna. That hope curdles when Anna becomes haunted by visions of violence and death, driven to produce disturbing drawings that swiftly manifest into horrifying reality. Desperate to help, Caroline travels to the remote town of Villa Hess and a mysterious clinic buried in the mountains of southern Chile, only to find a sickening truth behind the staff's warm smiles and a new nightmare closing in on both sisters.

The action-adventure horror unfolds across a variety of unnerving locations, from a shadowy convent to a derelict shopping mall and an abandoned school. A supernatural twist lets players switch between realities, altering the past to reshape the present and searching for alternate paths through a nightmarish other side. Survival hinges on collecting and modifying makeshift weapons such as the nailer and chainsaw, aided by a new quick-select system for swapping armaments mid-fight. Mind-bending puzzles round out the PC experience, asking players to examine, manipulate and combine items to expose hidden information.
