About Torchlight II

Torchlight II is an action RPG that hands players a choice of four distinct classes, each offering its own play style and each playable as either male or female with customizable cosmetic touches to make your hero stand out. Around that foundation sits a vast overworld and the multiple hub towns of Vilderan, where level randomization reshuffles layouts, paths, loot and monsters on every visit, and where combat plays out through rain, snow, day and night.

The game supports free co-op over LAN or the internet, with a matchmaking service that connects players around the world. There is plenty to keep individual runs alive as well, since New Game Plus lets you restart the completed campaign with the same character for a stiffer challenge while retaining all your skills, gold and gear. Fan-favorite features return in improved form too, including pets that trot back to town to sell your loot and the series' fishing. For those who want to go further, the GUTS editor opens the door to creating and sharing mods, giving this indie PC title a strong creative community backbone.
