About Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered poster

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered continues Lara Croft's legacy by bundling the so-called Darkness Trilogy into one modernized collection. It brings together three later adventures for PC players: The Last Revelation, Chronicles and The Angel of Darkness. In the first, Lara uncovers the lost tomb of the Egyptian god Set and unwittingly frees him, fulfilling an ancient prophecy that threatens to plunge mankind into darkness. Chronicles picks up afterward, with Lara buried in an Egyptian tomb and presumed dead while those closest to her recall secrets from her past at her memorial. The Angel of Darkness then casts her as a fugitive accused of murder, chasing down a sinister conspiracy involving alchemical experiments and hunts for ancient artifacts.

As an action-adventure remaster, the collection lets players see both the classic and updated presentations, switching between the original polygonal models and the remastered graphics at will. The globe-trotting journey visits iconic settings such as Cairo, Rome and Paris, and across these darker chapters players gradually shed light on the mystery of Lara's past and her disappearance.
