About The Textorcist: The Story of Ray Bibbia

The Textorcist: The Story of Ray Bibbia poster

The Textorcist: The Story of Ray Bibbia is an electrifying mix of bullet hell and typing game, billed as the first type 'em up ever made. You dodge waves of bullets while typing out exorcisms at the exact same time, firing up both sides of your brain as you follow Ray Bibbia, a private exorcist confronting a demonic outbreak while reckoning with his dark and sinful past. It unfolds in a city in decay, its streets filled with thugs, crime, and censorship, with only one man standing to stop it all.

The core is a genuine typing experience taken to hardcore extremes. Using a keyboard or a joypad, you learn to type your exorcisms while simultaneously weaving through torrents of bullets, coping with puddles of barf, defusing bombs, and even singing at the mic of a metal show, all during intense boss battles that are far easier described than survived. You hold your Bible tight, since both hands are needed.

The adventure plays out in Rome, one of history's biggest cities, where you discover new locations and battle some of its craziest characters and enemies. Behind the demonic outbreak, unearthly forces scheme to seize power and upend the order of the Holy Church. Packed with exorcists, demons, metal singers, drama, and dark humor, this indie action title gives PC players a boss-heavy blend of frantic dodging and furious keyboard work.
