About The Planet Crafter

The Planet Crafter is a survival and adventure game about terraforming, playable alone or with more than ten friends in online co-op. Dropped onto a hostile planet with a single directive, your goal is to make it habitable for humans, and terraforming is the only path forward. That means surviving, gathering resources, building a base, and producing the machinery needed to warm the world, generate an oxygen-rich atmosphere, and ultimately geo-engineer an entire planet from a barren land into a lush paradise.

Much of your time is spent collecting minerals and resources to stay alive while crafting the tools your mission demands. Exploration is woven throughout, with old shipwrecks and ruins to investigate and a planet full of mysteries to uncover. Your base grows alongside you: as you progress through building tiers, you upgrade and expand it, unlocking the reach to push deeper into the world around you.

The real payoff is watching life take hold. As you raise heat, oxygen, and pressure, the planet responds, first with moss and insects and eventually with thick forests and animals, revealing its full potential step by step. Several difficulty modes span everything from a chill pace to hardcore, and starting presets let you spin up new games for endless variety, making this PC survival builder as relaxed or demanding as you like.
