About Surgeon Simulator 2

Surgeon Simulator 2 poster

Surgeon Simulator 2 puts Bob's life squarely in your hands, inviting one to four players to pull on their scrubs, grab the nearest scalpel, saw, or sink plunger, and step into the Bossa Labs Medical Facility for a physics-based operating theatre of pure chaos. Whether you play solo or with friends, the emphasis is on riotous, blood-splattered mayhem rather than clinical precision.

There is plenty of variety in how you cause that chaos. Competitive Mode throws you into frenzied free-for-all arcade and arena levels, where you lock horns and scalpels against up to three other players in quick-fire challenges built to amaze and test you. Story Mode, playable alone or cooperatively, has you working as a team to open ribcages, choose transplant organs, and keep Bob from bleeding out through a barrage of botch jobs that strains your surgical skill, teamwork, and creativity alike. For the ambitious, Creation Mode hands you the tools to build brand-new levels solo or with others, spanning everything from head transplants and leg amputations to dancing games and relay races.

An action-flavored casual indie simulation, Surgeon Simulator 2 gives PC players a chaotic, physics-driven follow-up where the pressure to keep the patient alive keeps mounting and you constantly choose your own way to play, whether that means competing, cooperating, or creating.
