The demo hands you a clear objective, seeking out a mercenary to join your crew, which means navigating Tatooine's lawless dunes on your speeder while facing off against the Hutt Cartel, Tusken Raiders, and other menacing dangers. Along the way you can pick up contracts in Mos Eisley, try your hand at a few rounds of Kessel Sabacc, and venture beyond the city limits to uncover the many opportunities scattered across the open world, and you can even jump into the pilot seat to explore Tatooine's space and take part in dogfights.

The underlying game casts Kay as a scoundrel seeking freedom and the means to start a new life, fighting, stealing, and outwitting her way through the galaxy's crime syndicates.
