About Soulmask

Soulmask is a massive survival crafting game set across multidimensional open worlds drawn from ancient civilization. You play a survivor whose soul is bound to a mysterious mask, and simply staying alive means recruiting the strongest barbarians you can find, then using that mask to possess and lead them toward a new age of civilization. You carve your path through two distinct realms, the Cloud Mist Forest or the Shifting Sands, and the choice of where to begin is entirely yours.

Recruitment sits at the heart of the experience because no two souls are alike. With over 871 unique Talents, Masteries, and Likes to discover, your tribesmen open up an enormous range of possibilities, whether you gather bloodthirsty warriors, lethal hunters, legendary craftsmen, or master harvesters. Transferring your consciousness through the mask lets you take direct control of any tribesman and shape them into your ultimate instrument.

The 1.0 release and the Egypt DLC expand things dramatically, adding a vast new desert world as large as the base game, buildable sky bases assembled from over 100 airship parts, four evolved masks, 325 fresh talents, and a wave of new bosses, ruins, and dungeons. Blending indie survival with adventure, MMO, RPG, and simulation elements, Soulmask offers PC players a genuinely deep world to inhabit.
