Schedule I casts you as a small-time drug dealer arriving in a fresh town with no cash, no product and no connections, then challenges you to build a drug empire from the ground up in the grungy west-coast city of Hyland Point. Along the way you contend with intensifying law enforcement and deadly cartel competitors as you climb toward the peak of the underworld.
The loop spans manufacture, distribution and expansion. You produce a range of drugs, each with its own unique production process, and can discover special recipes that create new variants with distinct properties. Getting product to customers means walking, skating or driving across Hyland Point, or hiring dealers to handle distribution for you. Purchasing new properties, hiring employees and working with suppliers lets you scale up toward a fully automated production and distribution chain.
This is dangerous work, and the fight side of the game has you facing off against escalating police pressure and rival cartels using fists, melee weapons or firearms. A growing empire also demands skilled management, and co-op multiplayer lets you reach new heights alongside others. Blending action, simulation and strategy, this indie PC title turns empire-building in a criminal underworld into a hands-on challenge from the first dollar to the last.
