About Sable

Sable poster

Sable is a serene action-adventure that sends you on a unique and unforgettable journey, guiding its title character through her Gliding, a rite of passage that carries her across vast deserts and mesmerizing landscapes dotted with the remains of spaceships and ancient wonders. Along the way you explore the dunes on a hoverbike, scale monumental ruins and meet fellow nomads while unearthing mysteries long forgotten and slowly discovering who Sable really is behind her mask.

Much of the game's appeal lies in its distinctive art style and its original soundtrack composed by Japanese Breakfast, which together envelop you in a world meant to be explored entirely at your own pace. There is a great deal waiting to be found across this rich landscape, full of remnants of past civilizations, and the game gently encourages you to take the leap and lose yourself in it rather than rush toward any single destination.

Exploration is supported by a satisfying toolkit of movement. You can climb, leap, hover and glide to reach every inch of the world in front of you, customize your hoverbike as you find or earn new parts, and help the clans and nomads you encounter. You can also express who you are through masks, outfits and other collectables, while completing puzzles to earn rewards and forge your path across an unforgiving terrain. For PC players who enjoy calm, atmospheric indie adventures with a strong sense of place, Sable offers a journey worth taking slowly.
