About Pro Cycling Manager 26

Pro Cycling Manager 26 overhauls season planning to deliver greater immersion and control over your team. You shape the squad's hierarchy, assign roles to each rider, and organize your roster by speciality or versatility to get the most from your talent. Every race on the calendar now carries one of four priority levels, letting you identify the defining moments of your season and commit your strongest assets accordingly, then lock in each rider's programme so the squad stays balanced and competitive from spring through the final races. You start with an automatically generated plan you're free to fine-tune, and AI teams now use these same advanced planning tools for a more competitive experience.

Of course, the unexpected still intervenes, as crashes, illness, or poor form may force you to scale back a leader's ambitions and rethink their schedule mid-season. The day-form system has been fully redesigned for greater realism, introducing two new attributes, Tour Focus and Classics Focus, so a rider's consistency and daily performance fluctuate more naturally depending on their strengths and the type of race they're targeting. A Grand Tour contender, for instance, maintains form suited to that goal. As a sports simulation on PC, Pro Cycling Manager 26 leans into smarter, more strategic management from start to finish.
