Pacific Drive is a first-person driving survival game in which your car serves as your only companion. You navigate a surreal reimagining of the Pacific Northwest, venturing into the Olympic Exclusion Zone to confront supernatural dangers, with every excursion into the wilderness throwing unique and strange challenges your way. Between trips, you restore and upgrade your vehicle at an abandoned garage that doubles as your home base.
The heart of the experience is you and your station wagon against an unforgiving, vicious world where a fresh set of tires won't be nearly enough to survive. Your faithful wagon can be reinforced and upgraded to protect you, but it takes a beating out in the Zone, so you'll scavenge resources to craft new equipment and configure the car exactly how you want, experimenting with mods and parts to handle the treacherous landscape while still looking good.
Alongside the survival driving runs a mystery to unravel, as you investigate what's been left behind in this abandoned research site set within an anomaly-filled version of the Pacific Northwest. An original score by Wilbert Roget, II accompanies the journey, joined by more than 20 licensed songs. Blending adventure, action, racing, and simulation on PC, this indie title turns each drive into a tense fight to outrun the storm.
