About Outlast 2

Outlast 2 introduces Sullivan Knoth and his followers, who abandoned what they see as a wicked world to found Temple Gate, a town buried deep in the wilderness and hidden from civilization. Knoth and his flock are preparing for the tribulations of the end times, and you find yourself dropped right into the middle of it all.

You play Blake Langermann, a cameraman working alongside your wife, Lynn. Together the two of you are investigative journalists willing to take risks and dig deep into the stories no one else dares to touch. This time you're chasing a trail of clues that began with the seemingly impossible murder of a pregnant woman known only as Jane Doe.

The investigation drags you miles into the Arizona desert, into a darkness so profound that no light seems able to reach it and a corruption so deep that losing your mind might be the only sane response. Continuing the series' blend of action, adventure, and indie horror on PC, Outlast 2 wraps its terror in religious dread and desolate wilderness, leaving you to survive a place where sanity itself feels like a liability.
