Version 1.1 launches with Lacrimosa and Chaos
Five weeks after global launch, NTE's first major patch adds two limited Espers and a new event slate.
Version 1.1 went live on 3 June 2026, exactly five weeks after the worldwide release. It introduces two new playable characters on limited banners: Lacrimosa, NTE's first dedicated Chaos main DPS, and Chaos, a Lakshana specialist.
Lacrimosa's banner ran from 3–24 June; her combat loop alternates two basic-attack modes to stack "Nightmare" on enemies — up to ten stacks, each ticking continuous Chaos damage.
