Overview
Hotori is a Cosmos Sub-DPS / support with a clever, unique kit: after she casts her Skill she records the skills your allies cast, then unleashes all of that recorded damage when she fires her Ultimate. Combined with her time-stop utility, she turns a good rotation into an extra burst — which is why she's a favourite in reaction teams that already spam skills.

Marching Beyond Time — built around maximising her Ultimate. Cast three redirect or support skills before her Ultimate to unlock its DEF-ignore bonus and hit hardest.
Best build direction
Sequence is everything: get three redirect/support casts in before her Ultimate for the DEF-ignore window. Stat-wise, prioritise CRIT and Ultimate/Charge so her replayed burst lands often and hits hard.
Where she fits
Hotori shines in skill-spam reaction teams. In the Blossom comp she can replicate Zero's skill for an extra Blossom trigger, adding both damage and reaction uptime.
