About Motor Town: Behind The Wheel

Motor Town: Behind The Wheel poster

Motor Town: Behind The Wheel is an open-world driving game that hands you a large sandbox and a full slate of jobs behind the wheel. Spanning an 8 by 8 kilometer world with a day and night cycle, it lets you drive around the clock, pick up hitchhikers, refuel, keep an eye on engine temperature, and watch out for the cops as you go about your work.

Earning a living means taking on driving jobs, from taxi and bus routes to hauling cargo with pickups, trucks, and semi-trailers. The game leans on sophisticated vehicle and tire physics, so you can feel the grip of the road and even burn rubber by drifting, with a Burnout function to kick the rear end loose for keyboard players. A driving assist option and full controller support keep it approachable, and you can drive with keyboard, mouse, gamepad, or steering wheel.

Beyond the jobs there's plenty to do, including racing AI or other players on on-road and off-road tracks, chasing leaderboard times in Time Attack, and sharpening your skills through Autocross. Special vehicles like police cars, tow trucks, and ambulances add variety, and you can buy or rent cars and swap out parts. Solo or multiplayer, this casual, simulation-flavored racing experience on PC caters to players who enjoy the everyday grind of driving as much as the thrill of a race.
