Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is the third installment in the turn-based RPG series set in the world of Monster Hunter, once again casting you as a Rider who hatches and builds kinship with the friendly monsters known as Monsties. As in the series tradition, you explore and battle alongside these companions in a world brimming with potential, this time against a backdrop of renewed conflict.

The story is framed by an omen of destruction. Twin Rathalos, a species long thought extinct, hatch from a single egg two centuries after a war that once divided neighboring kingdoms, and their arrival reignites the drums of war. The setup weaves together two kingdoms, two Riders, and two Rathalos, their fates now intertwined as calamity draws near.

With war rekindled and disaster encroaching, the adventure sends you in search of hope beyond the border and into forbidden lands. Blending the bond-building and Monstie-raising the series is known for with its turn-based battles, Twisted Reflection continues the Stories approach to the Monster Hunter world, offering PC players a fresh chapter centered on twin dragons born in a twist of fate and the sweeping conflict their birth sets in motion.
