About Mirthwood

Mirthwood is an RPG life sim set in an enchanting medieval fantasy world, opening as you flee a continent torn apart by war and arrive in a new land for a fresh start. The open sandbox hands you the freedom to decide who you want to be, weaving together homesteading, exploration, combat, and adventure into a single immersive experience rendered in gorgeous hand-drawn graphics with a fitting original score.

Settling in means managing your own homestead, where you build a farm, plant and harvest crops, raise animals, and upgrade facilities to craft items and gear, all while trading your goods between towns and building a peaceful life for your family. Beyond the farm lies a fully realized world of six diverse regions and three distinct towns, packed with things to discover, and survival-lite elements have you battling storms, winter, and disease as you press onward.

When danger arises, real-time combat lets you take up a sword or ready a bow against foes ranging from bandits to werewolves, equipping weapons, armor, and clothing while leveling and specializing your character in a chosen combat class. The living ecosystem generates organic stories, dynamic events, and mysteries to investigate, making this a flexible PC RPG where farming, fighting, and questing coexist in a bewitching realm.
