Megastore Simulator is a management sim that puts you in charge of building a retail empire from a modest start. You begin with $400, pick a department from options such as clothing, toys, bakery, sports, grocery or music, buy your first shelves and products, open your doors and start growing. Keeping every shelf stocked is the constant challenge, so you monitor all departments, refill shortages quickly and avoid missing sales.
Each department brings its own mechanics; in the bakery, you order dough, buy an oven and bake your products. Stock management runs in real time, letting you track shelves, top up missing items and unload trucks with a hand truck. Expansion is flexible, letting you grow the store in any direction by buying new sections and open an upper floor where you place departments wherever you like.
Managing your team means hiring cashiers, stockers, bakers and more while handling shifts and performance. A massive warehouse features four loading bays, access to both floors and equipment such as a pallet robot, forklift and pallet jack, all overseen through stock control panels, and a service room keeps supplies organized. You can also draw customers with ads and promotions, and reactive, talking NPCs bring the store to life. On PC, this casual indie simulation rewards steady growth and tidy logistics.
