About MECCHA CHAMELEON

MECCHA CHAMELEON poster

MECCHA CHAMELEON is a casual hide-and-seek game with a colorful twist: you paint your own body to blend into the surroundings, just like a chameleon. The rules are simple, splitting players into a Seeker team and a Hider team, with the Seekers winning if they track down everyone before the time limit runs out.

What sets the game apart is how you hide. Hiders start with a pure white body and paint it to match the stage, then choose a clever hiding spot and pose to complete the disguise. Your artistic skill matters just as much as your positioning, since a convincing bit of mimicry can fool the Seekers' eyes and, ideally, surprise even a real chameleon.

You can play with friends or jump in with strangers, and creating a non-private server lets anyone join freely, which makes it easy for streamers to host viewer participation games. The maximum player count depends on the host's network environment, with somewhere between 2 and 10 players recommended, a figure that may shift with future playtests. Gameplay videos and streaming are welcomed, with a request to include the game's name in the title. On PC, this playful casual title turns camouflage into a lighthearted party experience.
