About Iron Harvest

Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game set in an alternate 1920+, in the uneasy years just after the Great War. Europe is still recovering from brutal fighting, cities are being rebuilt, and in the countryside farmers are unearthing the remains of the towering walking machines that once fought on the battlefields. Into this fragile peace comes a new threat: secret forces working to destabilize entire countries, determined to set the world ablaze again and seize control.

The gameplay delivers the classic RTS experience longtime fans have been waiting for, combining giant dieselpunk mechs with epic single-player and co-op campaigns as well as skirmishes for multiplayer players. You lead dozens of unit types into battle, use cover carefully, and can blast entire buildings to shreds. The design leaves room for varied tactics, including patient planning and even a stealth approach, and, as the game itself stresses, there are plenty of mechs to command.

An overarching story spans more than 20 missions across three campaigns, following nine charismatic heroes and their companions. As an indie strategy title on PC, Iron Harvest pairs its striking alternate-history setting with the tradition of hands-on, tactical real-time warfare.
