The game begins in the 1950s and embodies the fourth industrial revolution, Industry 4.0, defined by digitization and networked value chains. You experience the progression toward automation and digitization, making strategic decisions across the entire value chain to improve productivity, flexibility, innovation, and resource efficiency as your operations evolve over time.

The scope is substantial, featuring 25 different industries that include mines, farms, and manufacturing, along with more than 70 goods to manage across raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products. To keep everything running smoothly, you draw on data presented in various tables and charts, monitoring the flow of goods and the condition and efficiency of your factories, stores, and warehouses so you can resolve production issues and apply the right optimizations.
