About HUNTDOWN: OVERTIME

HUNTDOWN: OVERTIME poster

HUNTDOWN: OVERTIME is an explosive roguelite prequel to Huntdown, following bounty hunter John Sawyer as he refuses to stay down. The world has gone to hell, gangs run wild, and Sawyer keeps coming back for more in a loop built around a simple mantra: hunt, die, upgrade, repeat. It's the origin story of how a man forges himself into a cybernetic legend.

The action stays fast and violent, drawing on the run-and-gun energy of VHS-era blockbusters. Tight controls meet brutal firefights in a roguelite structure tuned for pure adrenaline, where you collect bounties and survive as long as you can before you finally fall. When you do, a character named Tony hauls you back to his operating table and rebuilds you stronger than before, so every death teaches you enemy patterns and every resurrection makes you deadlier.

Each run drives you deeper into dangerous gang turf, from neon-drenched city streets to desolate wastelands, letting you choose your path, lock onto targets, and adapt as you go. A powerful arsenal of firearms, melee weapons, and tactical gear lets you crank up the heat, or you can opt for a cryomod and an electric baton instead. Cybernetic upgrades and weapon licenses hidden in enemy territory can be made permanent between runs, offering hundreds of combinations to shape Sawyer into the killing machine that suits your style on PC.
