House Flipper 2 welcomes both seasoned renovators and complete newcomers into a relaxed simulation of fixing up homes. Whether you have logged hundreds of hours in makeover games or are picking up a virtual paint roller for the first time, the tools feel intuitive from the start. The familiar hammer, roller, and mop all return, but the sequel refreshes the original mechanics and gives every fixer-upper a noticeably sharper, cleaner look.

This indie casual game gives you room to decide what relaxing gameplay means to you. Story Mode drops you into the town of Pinnacove, a quiet place tucked between the mountains and the sea where friendly residents hand over their homes and, along with them, small personal stories waiting to be uncovered. Your old friend Tom knows just about everyone and is happy to fill you in on the neighborhood as you work.

If construction appeals to you more than cleanup, Sandbox Mode lets you build houses entirely from the ground up. It is a bigger challenge, but it also frees you to recreate real buildings or design the home of your dreams. As the foreman on PC, you set the pace, whether you prefer scrubbing and decorating or raising walls from scratch.
