Hotshot Racing is an arcade racer built for pure, unfiltered speed, blending drift-heavy handling with crisp retro visuals to capture that classic sense of hurtling down a track. Sixteen circuits offer a mix of tight corners, sweeping bends, and long straights, spanning coastal roads, dense jungle, alpine passes, and the Las Vegas desert. Each course is rendered in bold, saturated color under clear blue skies, giving the whole game a bright, nostalgic feel.

The game keeps things varied with several ways to play. Time Trial and Grand Prix cover the traditional racing formats, while modes like Cops and Robbers and Drive or Explode bring a fresh spin to the action. Most modes support solo play, four-player split-screen on a single machine, and eight-player online, though Time Trial remains a solo affair. On PC, single-player runs at a smooth 60FPS to sell that relentless feeling of momentum.

For competitive players, there's a global leaderboard to climb by smashing lap records, plus downloadable ghost laps that let you race directly against the racing lines of the very best.
