Gears 5 relaunches one of gaming's most celebrated sagas with a wealth of new features across its campaign and multiplayer suites. The story follows Kait Diaz as all-out war engulfs Sera, driving her to break away and investigate her personal connection to the enemy, a search that ultimately reveals she may be the greatest danger of all. Beyond the story, the game offers a full spread of ways to fight. The competitive Versus mode has grown with new modes and content since launch, rewarding every style from casual to professional. Cooperative players can dig into PvE through Horde, where you hold the line together, or Escape, which pushes teams to break out.
