About Figment

Figment is a musical action-adventure set deep within the recesses of the human mind, a strange and surreal world filled with our deepest thoughts, urges, and memories and populated by the many voices we carry in our heads. This mind has been quiet for years, but something has changed: new thoughts are emerging as nightmarish creatures that spread fear wherever they go, and the only hope lies with Dusty, the mind's grumpy former voice of courage.

Alongside his ever-optimistic friend Piper, Dusty sets out across the different sides of the mind, solving puzzles to set things right, beating back the nightmares, and trying to restore the courage that has been lost. The journey moves through distinct regions, from the joyful Freedom Isles and the radiant Clockwork Town to the ominous Pathways.

The world is brought to life through traditionally hand-painted brushstrokes, surreal art, and charming characters, and music is woven into everything. You explore rhythmic environments full of trumpet trees, piano houses, and singing enemies, discovering how your actions shape the musical universe and its dynamic soundtrack, and you fight nightmares head-on in an emotional adventure.
