About Far Cry® New Dawn

Far Cry New Dawn returns to Hope County, Montana, seventeen years after a global nuclear catastrophe reshaped the land into a vibrant, overgrown post-apocalyptic world. The familiar region has been transformed, and now its survivors face a dangerous new menace: the Highwaymen, a marauding force led by the ruthless Twins who are bent on seizing the last remaining resources for themselves.

This first-person shooter and action adventure can be played alone or in two-player co-op across an unpredictable, transformed landscape. Standing against the Twins means recruiting an eclectic cast of Guns and Fangs for Hire, forming alliances, and fighting side by side against the Highwaymen's unruly leadership. Survival hinges on more than firepower, though.

Building up your homebase is a core part of the loop, with Specialists recruited to upgrade it and unlock fresh features like weapon and gear crafting. Battling for resources takes you into Turf Wars around Hope County and out on Expeditions to memorable locations scattered across the USA. For PC players who enjoyed the county's earlier chapters, New Dawn offers a colorful yet brutal fight for what little the wasteland has left.
