About Enshrouded

Enshrouded is an Action RPG that combines survival and crafting across a sprawling voxel-based continent. The realm of Embervale has been lost after your ancestors, greedy for magical power, unleashed a pestilence that consumed the world. As you journey through its mountains and deserts, you are free to choose your own path and shape your destiny, igniting the ancient power of the Flame and piecing together a story that unfolds beneath the surface.

Survival begins with nothing but the will to endure. You scrape and scavenge through the ruined remnants of a lost kingdom, fending off beasts that hunger for your flesh while exploring forests, caves and dungeons in search of secret knowledge and treasure. Building your strength lets you venture into the Shroud itself, a corrupting force that mutates and guides all life it touches, and take the fight to the horrors of the deep.

Combat is heart-pounding and demands finesse, asking you to duck, parry and surprise ravaging factions and formidable bosses, from Scavengers in the forests to Vukah in the caves and Fell creatures in the mist. You exploit enemy weaknesses and develop a unique playstyle through an in-depth skill tree, then create epic builds and bring life back to the land.
