Perlica

Perlica is a 5-star Electric Caster of Endfield Industries who serves as the company's Supervisor and official spokesperson, wielding an Arts Unit to apply Electric Infliction and Electrification that open up combat openings for her team. Orphaned by a disaster as a child, she was taken in by the Endministrator and rose through the ranks, and is known for her calm, decisive leadership during crises, assuming command of the Crisis Team while the Endministrator was in hibernation.
