The Earth vs Mars Campaign Demo offers a first taste of the turn-based strategy game built around alien invasion and genetic engineering. You lead Earth's forces in a desperate fight for survival, with the Splice-O-Tron as your secret weapon, a machine that fuses human volunteers with Earth's creatures to spawn powerful hybrids. From cheetah-fly scouts to rhino-human tanks and squirrel-cow infantry, these bizarre super soldiers give humanity a fighting chance, and as the campaign unfolds you unlock new creatures, upgrades and commander abilities while the enemy evolves in step, unleashing horrors like The Creep.
Built for Next Fest, this demo delivers the first five missions of the campaign and introduces its key characters, including Colonel Marcus Shaw, head of the Global Military Alliance task force, and ex-GMA engineer Annabel Corman, the inventor of the Splice-O-Tron. You get to experiment with the device directly, combining cheetah, fly and rhino DNA to create hybrid soldiers of your own.
Both the demo and the final game are fully voiced, giving commanders, units and story beats real personality. This latest build also folds in numerous updates, from added tutorials to a refreshed UI with more detailed unit information and an improved production menu, letting PC strategy fans preview the campaign in polished form.
