About Dune: Spice Wars

Dune: Spice Wars distills Frank Herbert's universe into a single ruthless goal: control the spice, and you control the universe. You lead your own faction in a battle for dominance over Arrakis, the harsh desert planet that is the sole source of spice, the most valuable resource there is, prized for extending life, expanding consciousness, and making interstellar travel possible. This is your desert to conquer, and the most influential forces in the Imperium are all vying for the same prize.

The planet fights back as fiercely as your rivals. You must scan the landscape for wormsign or risk losing troops and spice harvesters to colossal sandworms that erupt from the dunes to swallow them whole. Against your opponents, you can crush them in open combat, outmaneuver them through political intrigue, or undermine them with a network of illusive spies. The Dune setting comes alive through iconic characters like Duke Leto Atreides, Baron Vladimir Harkonnen, the Padishah Emperor Shaddam IV, Esmar Tuek, and Liet Kynes.
