Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core is a spinoff of Deep Rock Galactic that folds in a roguelite twist. You begin each mission with only the most basic equipment and then cooperatively build up powers, weapons, and abilities as you go, so every run demands that you think on your feet and work with your team to assemble the strongest builds you can. It carries the co-op FPS spirit of the original into a fresh, run-based structure.
The setup is grim: all deep mining operations on Hoxxes have gone dark after an enormous transient disturbance, dubbed The Grayout, severed contact with every dig site, and now nothing gets in or out. With the Corporation desperate to secure and reactivate its facilities and conventional measures failing, it turns to the Reclaimers, Deep Rock Galactic's elite security force, the ones called in when negotiations aren't an option and all else has failed.
Joining the Reclaimers means wielding a new arsenal of advanced weaponry, cutting-edge equipment, and experimental biomedical enhancements reserved for the Company's finest, as you descend to the lowest depths to find out why only they can do the job. As an action FPS on PC, Rogue Core blends cooperative play with roguelite progression, rewarding teams that adapt and rebuild their power from scratch each mission.
