Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster brings the first entry in the zombie-slaughtering action series back with a thorough graphical overhaul. More than a straightforward remaster, it rebuilds the original's visuals from the ground up while adding full voice acting, auto-saves, and a range of quality-of-life features, inviting players to witness its trademark mayhem and freedom anew.

The story returns to the quiet town of Willamette, Colorado, suddenly placed under military quarantine. Freelance journalist Frank West, sensing a major scoop, slips into the town's only shopping mall, only to find it transformed into a living hell teeming with countless zombies. With help still 72 hours away, it falls to him to uncover the truth behind the outbreak before time runs out.

Rebuilt on the RE ENGINE, the remaster renews every element, from characters and environments to facial expressions, material textures, and blood spatter, filling the screen with overwhelming, freshly rendered hordes. The core gameplay stays intact, but auto-saving, revamped controls, an improved UI, and full voice work make it smoother and more welcoming.
