About Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster (Demo)

This demo offers a taste of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, which brings the first entry in the zombie-slaughtering action series back with a full graphical overhaul. More than a simple remaster, the release rebuilds the original's visuals while adding complete voice acting, auto-saves, and a range of quality-of-life features, letting players sample its trademark mayhem and freedom before diving in.

The story returns to the peaceful town of Willamette, Colorado, abruptly sealed off under military quarantine. Freelance journalist Frank West, chasing a scoop, makes his way into the town's only shopping mall and finds it turned into a living hell crawling with countless zombies. With rescue still 72 hours out, it is up to him to uncover the truth behind the incident before it is too late.

Built on the RE ENGINE, the remaster renews every element, from characters and environments to facial expressions, material textures, and blood spatter, packing the screen with overwhelming, remade hordes. The original gameplay remains intact, while auto-saving, revamped controls, an improved UI, and full voice work make it smoother and friendlier to play. This action-adventure demo gives PC players a preview of the modernized experience.
