About Darksiders: Warmastered Edition

Darksiders: Warmastered Edition puts you in control of War, the first Horseman of the Apocalypse, in an action-adventure shaped by exploration and RPG progression. Tricked by the forces of evil into triggering the end of the world too soon, War is accused of shattering sacred law by sparking a conflict between Heaven and Hell. In the ensuing carnage the demonic armies crushed the heavenly hosts and seized the Earth for themselves.

Hauled before the sacred Charred Council and charged with his crimes, War is stripped of his powers and left dishonored, facing his own end. Instead he is granted a chance to return to Earth, seek out the truth, and punish those truly responsible. Pursued by a vengeful band of Angels, he must confront the legions of Hell, strike uneasy bargains with the very demons he tracks, and cross the ruined remains of the world in pursuit of vengeance and vindication.
