About Dark Deity

Dark Deity is set in Terrazael, a world torn apart by oathbreakers, warmongers, and those who wield forbidden arcane secrets. Clinging to its last thread of hope, this land was brought to its knees by a Calamity centuries ago that toppled its mighty civilizations. In their place, petty kings now rule where grand emperors once stood, waging fruitless, ill-advised wars and picking over ancient ruins like glorified scavengers.

Players lead a team of four students from the Brookstead Military Academy, which is shut down under the mysterious orders of King Varic. As the ruler of the Kingdom of Delia prepares to break a treaty a thousand years old, Brookstead's students are treated as little more than expendable cannon fodder. Yet these four soldiers are destined for far more than serving as unwilling fuel for another war machine.

Though they do not yet realize it, this quartet is bound to leave a lasting mark on history. Blending adventure, RPG, and strategy elements, this indie tactical experience frames its story around their journey from academy recruits to figures capable of shaping the fate of a fractured world, giving players a clear stake in Terrazael's uncertain future on PC.
